What is the MOQ for OEM pet beds?
OEM starts at 50 pcs across our standard range of beds, mats and nests.
What is the MOQ for ODM?
ODM (custom design) starts at 100 pcs, because every new model begins from a drawing or sample.
How long does sampling take?
A logo sample takes 3–5 days. A new-material sample takes 7–10 days. An ODM design or new-model sample takes 10–15 days.
How long is bulk production?
Bulk orders take 30–45 days, from order confirmation and deposit, on both OEM and ODM tracks.
Can I get a sample before bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available before bulk; lead times are as above. Sample cost can be credited against a bulk order.
What size range do you offer?
Production sizes S, M, L and XL, sized for cats and dogs. Exact interior dimensions and weight range are on each spec sheet.
Do you support custom logos and packaging?
Yes. Logo printing, custom colors and retail packaging are supported; custom packaging starts at the ODM level (100 pcs).
What materials are available?
Plush, sherpa and canvas/Oxford uppers with polyester or foam inner fill. Material changes are a 7–10 day sample.
Do the beds have removable, washable covers?
Removable, washable covers are the standard we recommend; confirm on the specific SKU spec sheet.
