What is the minimum order for OEM pet beds?
The minimum order is 100 pieces per style and per colour, and mixed sizes or colours count towards the same 100 pieces, so a first order does not have to be split by size. Sampling takes about 7–15 days after fabric and artwork confirmation, and bulk production runs 30–45 days after sample approval, subject to factory confirmation. Our own factory in Zhejiang covers 4,000 square metres with 18 production lines and a monthly output of 450,000 pieces, so a 100-piece trial and a repeat order run on the same lines by the same team. If you plan several sizes in one shipment, tell us the size ratio at the quotation stage and we schedule cutting around it instead of splitting the order into separate runs, which keeps both the price and the delivery date stable.
Can you customise size, fabric and logo for our brand?
Yes. Send a reference sample or a drawing and we confirm five points in writing before sampling: outer fabric and filling, size grading, stitching and piping, logo method, and labels with packaging. The sample follows in 7–15 days, subject to factory confirmation, and bulk starts only after you approve it. Production then takes 30–45 days and every unit is inspected before the carton is sealed. Because cutting, sewing, filling and packing happen in one plant, a change to size, colour or logo placement stays with one team, which is why repeat orders keep the same hand feel and measurements. If your range includes memory foam, cooling gel or waterproof linings, tell us the target market and we confirm which combination can be produced at 100 pieces and which one needs a higher minimum per size.

OEM and ODM orders start at 100 pieces per style and colour. Sample lead time is 7–15 days, and sample cost is credited against the bulk order.
Production and lead times
Bulk production takes 30–45 days after sample approval, subject to factory confirmation. Monthly capacity is 450,000 pieces on 18 lines.
