Samples

Samples ship by international courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Freight is quoted on your request — prepaid or freight collect.

Bulk Orders

Bulk shipments go by sea or air; EXW / FOB terms are negotiable. Goods are packed in export cartons with a fixed carton size per SKU.

Lead Times

• Logo sampling: 3–5 days · Material sampling: 7–10 days · ODM design: 10–15 days
• Bulk production: 30–45 days, from order confirmation and deposit

Returns & Quality Claims

Report any quality issue within 7 days of receipt, with photos or video. Confirmed defects are resolved by replacement or credit. Custom OEM/ODM orders are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
